PM Shehbaz imposes ‘a complete ban on the export of sugar
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif reported on Monday that he had urged a “complete ban” on the transport of sugar, due to the asset “private demand”.
The Prime Minister said in a tweet “Given the private demand, I have ordered a complete ban on the transport of sugar. There will be a harsh action against despoilment and store. Utterly zero liberality for those found remiss in their duties,”.
According to state-run Radio Pakistan, the ban the property export is the sight of preserving its price in the country.

The shortage was uniquely reported in Punjab. where use stores had run out of sugar. The report had recited consumers as a protest that the store regime was affecting sales and snapping up oil and sugar with other items and not providing single items to consumers. The consumers had demanded that the government leave lability illness of sugar and other items at avail stores. Avail Stores Firm point person Sajid Rehman had told at the time. That the shortage was pro term due to dash at the stores.
